- Download the latest build (IMM76Drelease-keys.zip).
- Now unzip the build.
- Now we would have to install the Nexus S 4G drivers. You can download these drivers from here.
- Now download Odin. After you have downloaded it, unzip and run it.
- After you have installed Odin, power off Nexus S 4G and put it into “Download Mode”. You can put it in download mode by holding the Volume Up and Volume Down and then pressing the Power button.

- This will now finally reboot the Nexus S 4G. Once its starts again, you will have Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 on your device.
